How do I ensure I am choosing the correct size for cycling kits and running shoes?

Each product page features a detailed 'Benchmark Fit Guide'. Since performance gear is designed for an aerodynamic or athletic fit, we recommend measuring your chest and waist for apparel, and allowing a thumb's width of space in the toe box for running shoes.

What is your return policy on high-performance equipment?

We offer a 30-day trial period on all gear. If your cycling bibs or running shoes aren't meeting your performance standards, you can return them in original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, base layers must be unworn and tags attached.

Do you offer international shipping for heavy items like bike trainers?

Yes, we ship globally. While standard apparel and accessories have flat-rate shipping, oversized items like indoor trainers or bike wheels may incur additional freight charges calculated at checkout based on your region.

How can I track my order once it has been dispatched?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. Most domestic orders arrive within 3-5 business days.

Are the products sold on Benchmark covered by a warranty?

Absolutely. All technical hardware and premium apparel are covered by a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear from crashes or improper care.
