At Benchmark, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in original, unworn condition with technical tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all footwear is inside its original shoe box and protected by an outer shipping carton.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the technical integrity of the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
